Welcome to UK Hooping
We are the original UK provider of Register of Exercise Approved Training Courses to enable you to run small group or pt client hooping classes/sessions back in 2009. We now run online courses, one to one via zoom or face to face and blended learning Courses. All our courses are one to one, we decided back in 2017 to not run group training courses as the skills of all delegates were so varied it was unfair to teach complete beginners against those that love hooping and want to make a career of it
We offer a variety of Options
Level 1 Teacher Training Course covers the basics you will need to run safe and effective hooping classes and be fully covered under your fitness insurances more information
Level 2 So You Want to Teach Kids will allow you to gain skills, access to ideas for running after school clubs and the appropriate courses and safeguarding you will need to teach in schools more information
